About .VE Domain Names
The .VE country-code top-level domain name (ccTLD) is an extension that represents Venezuela. For companies that conduct business in Venezuela and individuals who want to reach the growing number of Internet users there, .VE domain names are a good investment. Registering a .VE domain name gives you regional recognition and an easy-to-manage Web presence.
.VE is the official country code Top-Level-Domain (ccTLD) of Venezuela. The following domain extensions are supported:
Anyone can register .VE domain names on a first-come, first-served basis.
NICVE is the registry for .VE domain names.
Registration and renewal lengths are limited to 1 year. Bulk purchasing is supported.
There is no registration grace period.
Explicit renewals are allowed as long as doing so does not bring the expiration date two or more calendar years in the future. For example, if a .VE domain is set to expire on December 31, 2014, a renewal to December 31, 2015 could be processed on January 1, 2014, but not on December 31, 2013.
There is no explicit renewal or auto-renewal grace period.
Currently, transfers in are not supported. Transfers out are supported.

No. We do not currently support the backorder of .VE domain names. Public, expired and drop-caught auctions are also not supported.
